Maybe the Lord Mayor's Maintenance Program need
staff (with spectacles) and funding.
Cr Quirk need to get out of his ivory tower once
in a while and take a look at what is actually taking place around
the suburbs. If he were to drive around Brisbane anywhere (with
his eyes open) he will see many similar examples of near blank
traffic signs.
If you don't look you won't see!
